Your data
Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains what Apexboost collects when you read these pages or place an order: the basics your browser sends, anything you type into a form or tell the order desk, and the order details the checkout passes back. We do not sell personal information. To ask what we hold or to have it deleted, email the website desk.
Who this policy covers
It covers apexboost.org, published by Apexboost, the U.S. stocking partner for Apex Boost. It covers the pages you read here and the messages you send to either of our desks.
It does not cover the checkout you are taken to when you click a buy button. That is operated by the merchant of record for the sale, under their own privacy policy, and your card details are handled there rather than here. It also does not cover the third-party sites we link to for references, such as NIH, NCCIH, Memorial Sloan Kettering and the FDA.
What we collect
| Category | Examples | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Technical data | IP address, browser type and version, device type, screen size, referring page, pages viewed, time of visit | Sent automatically by your browser |
| Contact data | Name, email address, phone number | Only if you type it into an email or give it to the order desk |
| Order data | Order ID, items ordered, delivery address, delivery date, refund status | Passed back from the checkout so the desk can support your order |
| Correspondence | The content of emails and notes from phone calls | You, when you contact us |
| Payment data | None. We never see or store your card number | Handled entirely by the checkout provider |
What we never ask for
Your full card number, your card security code or your online banking details, by phone or by email. Nobody at either desk needs them. If someone claiming to be us asks, hang up and call the order desk yourself.
Why we collect it
- To run the site. Technical data keeps pages loading and lets us see which pages break.
- To answer you. We cannot reply to an email without an email address, and we cannot find an order without an order ID.
- To support orders. Tracking a parcel, changing an address and processing a 60-day refund all need order data.
- To improve the pages. Knowing which pages people actually read tells us where to spend effort.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations. Sales records have to be kept.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers to target you elsewhere.
Cookies and analytics
This site is built as static pages. It does not set advertising cookies of its own and it does not run a tracking pixel for an ad network. Your browser may still store ordinary technical data, and the checkout you are sent to will set its own cookies under its own policy.
| Category | What it does | Used on this site |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Makes pages work at all | Only if your browser or host requires it |
| Preference | Remembers settings such as a language choice | Not used |
| Analytics | Counts visits and page views | Only in aggregate, if enabled by the host |
| Advertising | Follows you across sites to target ads | Not used on these pages |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you reading anything here.
Who else sees your data
A short list, and it is short on purpose.
- The checkout provider, which processes your payment and holds your card details under its own policy.
- The shipping carrier, which needs your delivery address to deliver a parcel.
- Our hosting provider, which necessarily processes server logs.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.
Nobody else. We do not trade lists, we do not rent email addresses, and we do not pass your details to other supplement sellers.
How long we keep it
| Data | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Order records | As long as tax and accounting rules require |
| Refund records | The same period, since a refund is part of a sale |
| Email correspondence | Until it is no longer needed to support you, then deleted on request |
| Server logs | A short rolling window, then overwritten |
| Marketing contact details | Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them |
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to certain uses, or to receive a copy. We apply these to every request we receive rather than asking which state you are writing from.
Email the site desk
The website desk (address in the site footer), with enough detail to find you — usually the email address you used.
We confirm who you are
Only so that we do not hand your details to somebody else.
We answer
We will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and we will say plainly if a record has to be kept for a legal reason.
There is no charge for a reasonable request. Requests about an order itself — where is my parcel, where is my refund — are faster by phone through the order desk.
Children
This product is for adults 18 and over, and these pages are not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, email the website desk and it will be deleted.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the Last updated date at the top of the page changes with it. The current version is dated September 30, 2026. We do not make changes retroactive to data already deleted.
Contacting us about privacy
Email the website desk, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm ET. Or write to Apexboost, 888 Seventh Avenue, Floor 17, New York, NY 10106, USA. For anything about an order, the order desk is faster.
What this policy does not cover
Being clear about the edges of a privacy policy is as useful as describing its centre, because the gaps are where people are surprised.
- The checkout. When you click a buy button you leave this site. Payment, card storage and order confirmation happen under the merchant of record's own policy.
- The reference sites we link to. NIH, NCCIH, Memorial Sloan Kettering and the FDA each have their own policies and their own analytics.
- Your email provider. If you email us, your provider and ours both handle that message.
- The shipping carrier. Delivery requires your address to reach a courier.
- Anything you post publicly. A review left at the checkout is governed by that platform.
Read the checkout's policy before you pay if data handling matters to you. It is a different company with different terms, and pretending otherwise would be the easiest thing on this page to get away with.
Security, in plain terms
The honest description of a static information site's security posture is short, and short is good here: the less we hold, the less there is to lose.
| Data | Where it lives | Protection |
|---|---|---|
| Card details | Nowhere. We never receive them | Not applicable, and that is the point |
| Email correspondence | Our mailbox | Provider security, access limited to the site desk |
| Order support data | The order desk's system | Access limited to the desk staff who handle orders |
| Server logs | The hosting provider | Short retention, then overwritten |
| Site content | Static files | No database, so no customer database to breach |
If you believe any of your information has been exposed, email the website desk with the details and it will be investigated rather than acknowledged and filed.
Questions we are happy to answer
Some privacy questions are awkward for a seller and worth asking anyway. Do you sell my email address? No. Do you share it with other supplement companies? No. Will buying here put me on marketing lists elsewhere? Not through us.
If you want confirmation of exactly what we hold about you, ask through the website desk and you will get a straight list rather than a policy restatement. Requests are handled as they arrive rather than being routed through a portal.
