Dispatch and tracking
Apex Boost Shipping
Apex Boost ships from the United States unless the checkout page says otherwise, and a tracking number arrives in your order email. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Return shipping, if you claim the 60-day refund, is paid by you and should be sent with tracking.
Where it ships from
Orders are dispatched from the United States. The seller pack we work from is explicit about that, and equally explicit that the checkout page overrides it if it says something different on the day.
| Detail | Status |
|---|---|
| Ships from | United States |
| Carrier | Shown in your order email |
| Tracking number | In the order email |
| Shipping cost | Shown at checkout |
| Delivery estimate | Shown at checkout |
| International delivery | Shown at checkout; not published in anything we were given |
| Signature on delivery | Not published |
Anything marked "not published" stays that way here rather than being guessed at. The running list is on the about page.
Tracking your order
Find the order email
It carries your order ID and the tracking number. Keep it; the desk asks for the order ID first.
Check the tracking link
Most delays are visible there before they are visible anywhere else.
Call the desk if tracking stalls
The order desk (number in the site footer), for tracking, changes and refunds.
Email the site desk for anything else
The website desk (address in the site footer), Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET, for questions about these pages rather than about a parcel.
Delivery times
We are not going to print a number of days, because we were not given one and a delivery promise is the easiest thing in this business to break. What the checkout shows on the day is the estimate to work from.
Why the delivery date matters more than usual here
The 60-day refund window runs from delivery. Note the date the parcel lands and count from there. Day 55 is the day to decide, so the return has time to move.
If something goes wrong
The parcel has not moved for days
Call the order desk with your order ID. Tracking that has stalled is usually a carrier issue the desk can chase.
The parcel arrived damaged
Photograph it before you open anything else, then call the desk. The label says not to use the product if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
The wrong item arrived
Call the desk with the order ID and the lot number from the bottle base.
Nothing arrived at all
Call the desk. That is a shipping problem, not a refund problem, and it is handled first.
Return shipping
If you claim the 60-day guarantee, the parcel comes back to 420 Lexington Avenue, Floor 16, New York, NY 10170, USA at your expense. Use a tracked service. A tracking number is the only thing that proves a return arrived, and it is what the desk looks for before crediting.
- Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID in the box.
- Keep the tracking receipt until the credit appears.
- Expect 3-5 business days after the return is credited, then 5-10 days for the card.
Full terms on the refund policy page.
Shipping questions
Where does Apex Boost ship from?
The United States, unless the checkout page says otherwise.
How long does delivery take?
The estimate is shown at checkout. We were not given a fixed number of days and will not print one.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes, in your order email.
How much is shipping?
Shown at checkout.
Who pays return shipping?
You do, and you should use a tracked service.
What if my parcel is lost?
Call the order desk with your order ID. Lost parcels are handled as a shipping problem first.
What happens between checkout and doorstep
A plain description of the chain, because "shipped" covers four separate things that can each go wrong differently.
Order placed
The checkout takes payment and issues an order ID. Keep the email; the order ID is the key to everything that follows.
Picked and packed
Bottles are taken from stock and boxed. Nothing is repackaged or decanted; sealed bottles go in the box as they came.
Handed to the carrier
The tracking number is generated at this point and appears in your order email. A number that exists but shows no movement usually means the parcel is waiting for a collection, not that it is lost.
In transit
This is where delays happen, and the tracking page knows before anyone else does.
Delivered
Note the date. The 60-day refund window starts here.
The one step people misread is the third. A tracking number appearing with no scan for a day is normal. A tracking number with no scan for several days is a phone call to the order desk.
Storage once it arrives
Three lines from the label decide how you store this, and one of them has a deadline attached that most people miss.
| Instruction | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| Store in a cool dry place | Not a bathroom cabinet and not a car. Kitchen cupboard away from the hob is fine. |
| For best results, consume within 60 days of opening bottle | Open one bottle at a time. On a 3-bottle pack, leave two sealed. |
| Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing | Check before the first capsule, not after. |
| Keep out of the reach of children | A capsule bottle that looks like sweets to a four-year-old belongs on a high shelf. |
That 60-day open-bottle line is the one worth acting on. A bottle is 30 days of supply, so taking it as directed keeps you comfortably inside it. Opening three bottles at once to "have them handy" does not.
What we will not promise about delivery
Three numbers appear on most supplement shipping pages and none of them appears on this one, for the same reason the price does not: we were not given them and an invented figure is worse than an honest gap.
| What is usually promised | Why it is not here |
|---|---|
| "Ships within 24 hours" | We were not given a dispatch window. The checkout is the authority on this |
| "Delivered in 3-5 business days" | No transit estimate was supplied, and carrier performance varies by region and season |
| "Free shipping on all orders" | Shipping terms are shown at checkout and we do not hold the schedule |
| "Same-day dispatch before 2pm" | Not published |
| "Guaranteed Christmas delivery" | No seller can guarantee a carrier's performance, and the ones who say so are making a promise they cannot keep |
What we can tell you is on this page already: dispatch is from the United States, a tracking number arrives in the order email, and the 60-day refund window runs from the day the parcel is delivered. Everything else is on the checkout screen, which is updated in real time in a way a static page cannot be.
Ordering more than one pack
Occasionally people order a second pack before the first arrives, usually because a reminder fires. Two things follow from that and both are worth knowing in advance.
- Each order has its own 60-day window, running from that order's delivery date. They do not merge and the later one does not extend the earlier one.
- Each order needs its own refund claim, with its own order ID. A single phone call can cover both, but the desk needs both numbers.
- The open-bottle rule still applies. The label says to use a bottle within 60 days of opening, so extra stock should stay sealed rather than being opened to "rotate" it.
- Storage matters more with more bottles. Cool, dry, out of reach of children, and not in a bathroom.
If you have accidentally ordered twice, call the order desk quickly. Before dispatch it is usually a simple cancellation; after dispatch it becomes a return under the refund policy.
One thing worth doing the day it arrives
Write the delivery date on the bottle box. It takes five seconds and it is the single date the entire refund policy runs on, which means it is also the date nobody else will remember for you.
While you have a pen out, check the seal and the lot code on the base as well. Both checks are on the verify a bottle page and both are easier before the bottle is half empty.
Tracked from the US, refundable for 60 days
Note the delivery date. Everything else counts from there.
